Who do I contact for issues involving HMS?

For issues involving your printers and/or printing issues, please contact the HADH IT Help Desk either by phone or via the work order system.  For other software related issues you may contact HMS at 866-355-1467 or contact the IT Director in order to open a support ticket through HMS.

Why is my printer failing to print documents?

Your printer may be failing for several different reasons.  Are you printing from HMS?  If yes, then contact the HADH IT Help Desk for assistance.  If printing from any other Windows programs (ex. MS Word) then verify your default printer is set correctly, make sure there is power to the printer, check all cables to make sure they are connected properly.

The Barracuda Web Filter is blocking me, what do I do?

The Barracuda Web Filter is in place in order to keep maintenance on HADH Workstations to a minimum.  This device keeps harmful virus and spyware from entering our network and infecting our workstations.  Unfortunately, in some cases it will prevent you from accessing a work-related website.  Please contact the HADH IT Help Desk via the work order system to request an allowance of a specific website.  Please be sure to include the www.yourdomainhere.com address in your request.
