Support Services
The Information Technology Department provides support for HADH-owned technology equipment and services including hardware, software, networking, phones, multimedia equipment, remote access, e-mail, and hospital computer accounts. The IT Help Desk serves as a central point of contact for employees to get assistance with any of these services.
Requesting Assistance
IT Help Desk The IT Help Desk provides phone, e-mail, online requests, and walk-up computer support for all employees at Hermann Area District Hospital. The Help Desk Office is located in the main hospital building next to the surgery department.
Work Requests When you call the help desk a work request will be opened for your issue. We will attempt to solve the issue over the phone, but in the event that we are unable to resolve the issue over the phone, we will perform on-site service and will track it to its completion.

Submit a Work Request -- Using the web option, you can enter new requests and view your active and completed requests. You are able to track your request from open to completion, 24 hours a day!
